You’ve achieved so much — working hard, meeting expectations, and proving yourself.

Yet, despite your success, there’s a voice inside urging you to do more, to be better. You feel anxious, scared, and disconnected from the life you’re living.

That’s where I come in.

I’ve been where you are — measuring my worth through accomplishments and external validation. For years, I thought that working harder, losing weight, and meeting expectations would bring fulfillment. Instead, it left me feeling anxious, disconnected, and never enough.

After nearly two decades of chasing achievement and perfection,  I was done.

The constant striving, the never-ending pressure — I couldn’t do it anymore. I refused to live by someone else’s plan. I craved joy, freedom and ease.

I didn’t have all the answers, but I made a decision.

Something had to change

I had looked for happiness in all the wrong places, caught up in others’ opinions instead of my own truth.

It was time to stop following the rules, and step into my own truth.

Now it’s your turn.

Monika Molander, Mind Body Life Coach

I created The Self Love Path, a 4-part system designed to help high-achieving women like you stop attaching their self-worth to achievements or looks.

This method works on the mind, body, and soul because true change requires integrating all parts of yourself. It’s not enough to simply understand your challenges — you need to experience transformation in your body to create lasting change.

I provide nourishing, doable, and sustainable coaching strategies that yield long-term results. My goal is to empower you — not to fight against achievement, food, or body struggles, but to use them as opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

I’m committed to helping you build a life that feels true, intentional, and deeply fulfilling.

When I’m not coaching, I love to move my body, laugh with friends and spend time in nature. I’m a sauna nerd and I swim in the lake year-round. Dancing like nobody’s watching is another source of joy.
